Well idling at the computer my vcore jumps around anywhere fomr 1.2v to even 1.4.it seems to stay in the 1.3 range usually though.This is on a e6300@2ghz as well.

1.35V for E6750@3.2GHz. OC might be doable for a little less but this has caused me no problems.

Your vcore changes because you have auto settings in BIOS for vcore.

You find out by downloading cpu-z.

its on cpuz,but it might just be fluctuations,i only saw it hit 1.4 a couple times.
